Called about my CREDIT Union.RED Flag @ 8:30 at night. I called the credit union to let them know.

I received a call at my house phone from a lady named Tina and requested for me to call back as I was being served in a civil suit. She left a the above number and a case number.I returned the call because it was very strange to be getting served by phone and decided to call anyway just for my piece of mind. A gentleman answered asking for the case number and he said my name. I told him I get several calls from debt collectors looking for a person that has the same name as me which is also a very common name. He asked for the last four of my social security which was also strange. I told him that I would not give him that information and for him to give me the last four of the person he is looking for. He said he could not provide that for me. He then said in a very rude manner if it is you it will be in the mail and hung up on me. Please be careful from what I know you have to be served in person.

Constant, incessant, continuous calls all day...put an end to this shit!!!

We are a busy leasing office in San Antonio. This call is coming in every minute now as a fax on the phone line for over 15 minutes now and ongoing.

States that he has a summons to serve me but I have filed bankruptcy so there is no way that I owe anyone anything. He calls all day long and he harasses me.

Beware anyone that gets tangled in the web of "payday loans" because this is what you get. A non-english speaking asian claiming to be in federal law enforcement calling employers past and present, co-workers, friends, and family to advise them you have taken their personal information and are being prosecuted. It's a lie. If true, they come and get you. They don't call around. "Adam"..clearly not his real name...is commiting a felony and needs to be prosecuted both criminally, and in civil court. He wants money but cant seem to tell what lender it's owed to. Do yourself a favor and stay away from payday lenders. If you need some cash that fast rob a liquor store or bank instead. The consequences would be far less painful and applied far more fairly. If Asian Adam calls, HANG UP!

Receive multiple calls a day from this number. Same story as all, no answer and no call back hence it gets fowarded to nonexisiting number or is a prepaid cell phone,

Car warranty scam. Not sure if this is one of those places that if you respond they sell your number to other telemarketers.

This phone number is a scam trying to gain infromation to rip me off.
